Purpose and goal

Purpose and objective of the project was to get a focus on marketing in the company. The overall goal, to prepare the company for an introduction to the market, has been met. The project´s goal was also to develop communication strategy and a first version of the business model and marketing plan which we are on track to meet. Overall, the company is now in a stronger state for an introduction to the market and have better opportunities to grow.

Results and expected effects

The project has given the company an enhanced opportunity to prepare for the market introduction of the service CRISS primarily addressed to the emergency services but also are considered to have good potential to deliver benefits to other organizations. One of the effects of the project is that the company is better equipped when it comes to business and marketing plans and how the offer must be communicated to the market. The project has also helped the company to increase focus on market issues.

Approach and implementation

The project was implemented with the active participation of the owners / founders who with the support of external consultants working on issues regarding the design of messages, targets for service, business proposals, packaging / pricing. In this way, the company has been able to have a continuous development during the project period. The Company has during the project signed the first customer contracts and related to this, discussions with customers also contributed to the design of the company´s offer.
