Purpose and goal

The aim is to highlight how Sweden can exploit the joint power of Vinnväxt winners. - Investigate the conditions for a joint organization to utilize the experience and network - Clarify use, role and function of growth and building of the attractive interaction environments - Identify key issues The result is two reports describing the process leaders´ vision of a common collaboration platform, in one case, with a focus on communication and the other focusing on the organization and how collaboration platform could be built up.

Results and expected effects

The results of the project show that there is an interest in building a common collaboration platform but that the view of the magnitude varies. This means that a building should be done gradually to gradually arrive at the common platform content. Suggestions for a number of development steps was drawn up as a basis for such a continuation. There, the starting point of the work is the recurring experience meetings. As a next step, to work further on the specific communication task that they had to cancel because of too few participants.

Approach and implementation

The project would be divided into four stages; constitute, synergy of collaboration, organization and clarification. The project´s steering committee consisted of four VINNVÄXT Process Manager. Information has been shared in VINNVÄXTmeetings. Organizing, synergy and communication part of the project has been examined and suggestions on how to proceed with their work shown in two reports. Furthermore, an attempt was made to shared information, which however, had to be canceled due to too few participants. A follow up of the work and the interest to make a new attempt has been made.
