Important results from the project
The goal was to develop the software necessary to launch the Cinode Online Service. The project has fulfilled its objectives according to plan and has managed to take on a first customer using the first entry level module in the product suite. The user experience has been positive and the motivation is the ease of use and the solving of the frequent problem with distributed and shared information regarding employee competencies and profiles.
Expected long term effects
The end result has been received positively by prospect customers and we see a constant flow of new subscribers to our news letter and enquiries to receive further product information and demonstrations. Several offers have been submitted and the company is building up a considerable pipeline against the initially addressed customer segment.
Approach and implementation
The development plan defined has been followed in order to complete the software comprising the Cinode Service. Customers and users have in early stages evaluated the functions and have provided crucial feedback in the calibration of application logic and user experience. Demands for responsive design and prioritizing on customer feedback has been a challenge to achieve a broad scope of functionality with limited time and resources.
