|Project duration||November 2018 - June 2020|
|Venture||Innovationer för ett hållbart samhälle|
Purpose and goal
The aim is to establish a cluster of leading energy actors, focusing on investments in strategic cutting-edge technologies and system solutions in a number of specific city projects, developing a replicable tool that enables municipal power companies (in dialogue with relevant stakeholders) to identify strategic investments, which enables switching from centralized heat and power generation to innovative decentralized solutions that deliver transformative results.
Expected results and effects
The project expects to find a solution that can be used by each energy company to find the so-called acceleration of the model based on its prerequisites. The project is expected to create a platform that also becomes a way of dialogue with other stakeholders who need to be active in order for the conversion to succeed.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will be conducted in the form of workshops with the project´s energy companies. The first part will be a potential assessment, the second part will be an accelerator process aimed at shifting possibilities from locking to triple acceleration. The third part will determine the corporate and socio-economic value of the model.
