Purpose and goal
The aim of this project was to complete a plan for the project in whole where the upcoming subprojects are described and to investigate the activities that are demanded so that we can integrate our platform and app and to launch in other countries. We wanted to investigate the demand among our customers regarding new functionalities to be able to develop and integrate them in our platform. These goals are fulfilled and and the coming sub-projects described in the project-plan have been adjusted taken i view the conclusion made.
Expected results and effects
We have identified which functions that are most coveted by our customers. We´ve also decided in which order we shall develop these new functions. Produced a first version of the Scanner-function and a prototype of the updated version of the app Belly Balance where the Scanner is integrated. We have from our analyses during the project taken some business critical decisions regarding the processing of the customers and implementation of a Marketing Automation system. We expect that the effect of these strategic decisions is going to make our business easier to scale and increase revenue.
Planned approach and implementation
Through surveys and interview we have been able to verify which future functions our customers preferred and also to get a good view on our customers perception about our offer. We have throughout the project tested and changed our website för improved usability and conversion rate and worked on the integration between the app and the homepage. The project has given us very valuable information so that a project-plan could be fulfilled and adjusted considering the result given.
