Important results from the project

The project aimed to automate the registration process of new employers in Turn Consultings recruitment service and thus offer a way for companies to recruit without prejudice. The project aimed to involve the business community in the development of automation and resulted in an automated process where employers quickly, anonymously, and accurately can state their requirements profile to be matched with Turn Consultings´s candidate base.

Expected long term effects

The project resulted in a tool that in a fast and easy-to-understand way identifies and collects the information about the requirements profile that we need to carry out an unbiased recruitment. Throughout the project, Turn Consulting received invaluable exchanges of experience with employers throughout Sweden and, together with our reference companies, developed a process that also works in practice.

Approach and implementation

Through qualitative interviews and reference groups consisting of companies from different industries and in different phases, the project has inventoried the business community with a focus on how to build the recruitment solutions of the future - for and by the next generation. The company visits have taken place both physically and digitally and the reference companies have later become a seal of quality in the work we do for the recruitment industry and also set the tone for our future focus points.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
