Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim was to develop an AI-based solution with the goal of increasing (1) the individual´s understanding of the connection between activities and mental health and (2) motivation to perform activities to improve their mental health. By creating a service that is based on the individual´s own health status, which has been tested with good results on end users in a real environment, we believe that we have achieved the goals of creating a service that is person-centered and that motivates the individual to take action to improve their mental health.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The evaluation shows that: -The users perceive the service as valuable and easy to use The user´s understanding of the connection between mental health and activities has increased -Both employees and employers want to continue using the service -By using the service, employees have taken concrete proactive measures to improve their mental health

Approach and implementation

Challenges have been that it was time-consuming to find available competence in design and resources for testing, and the development phase was extended when we decided to add additional security layers to user data, which, however, led to an increase in competence within the company. The project has nevertheless largely gone as planned - research and analysis, the creation of an MVP and finally the development of a solution that was tested in a real environment at project partner Helsingborg´s city. Within the project, we have also developed a stress program that we will test further.
