Important results from the project
The project has developed effective, inspiring and scalable learning for innovation management for leaders in the public sector. The work has been carried out with user-driven development, in a large collaboration with more than 13 different organizations and, among others, innovation researchers. The target group feels that HEJA is a helpful and concrete support, for practicing together and working innovatively. Innovation researchers have worked in the project and studied the effects.
Expected long term effects
The project has experienced that there is a will to work innovatively for a smarter future. HEJA is a response to how innovation management can be conducted, something that the target group requests and wants support in. HEJA´s exercises have already been used successfully by leaders and groups, and should be able to contribute to increased innovation work in various organizations. The relations between the project parties have been strengthened and many contacts have been made. An effect of the collaboration can be more collaborative & user-driven initiatives.
Approach and implementation
In order to create a solution that suits the target group, the project has worked based on service design. This means that the project has had a user-driven, exploratory and testing way of working. The benefit of the working method is that the project has quality-assured solutions in several stages and thus avoided unnecessary risks. The researchers´ part in the project has given a scientific touch that the target group appreciates. Together with the work´s starting point in the ISO standard for innovation management, the result has achieved quality.
