Important results from the project
ICT SwedenThe project aims to facilitate economic growth and renew swedish ICT clusters through: - Participate in foreign companies decision to locate R&D activities to Sweden - Influence foreign companies to locate regional base to Sweden - Facilitate strategic alliences between foreign and Swedish companies - Participate in foreign Venture Capital investments in Swedish growth-companies - Increase the international customer base for universities and research institiutes
Expected long term effects
With a annual budget of 9 mSEK the project is supposed to deliver 450 investment points according to ISA-definition. The quality of the investments should be high enough to reach on average 20p per investment. 450 points equals approx. 23 investments. The project should annually generate 200 qualified reqests and handle approx 40 visits from foreign companies.
Approach and implementation
The project will have atleast 3 ICT specialists including project management, and a additional project assistant. In total 9 mSEK in budget is needed to handle the above described project. Cost per market: Project organisation in Sweden (industry specialists) (4,4 mSEK) 4-5 distant markets and 2-3 regional markets (4,4 mSEK) Total (8,8 mSEK)
