Call Innovative collaborations with the USA in XR - step 1

Important results from the project

The goals were met. We established strategic partnerships with American actors, confirmed via LoIs, and identified potential customers for XR-based training. A strategic plan for long-term collaborations in XR leadership training and a knowledge framework with leading research institutions were created. This enables phase 2 of the development of an XR-based training product. Through collaborations with leading American actors, we can develop and launch an innovative product on the global market.

Expected long term effects

Through the project, we have established partnerships with relevant American actors in XR, creating a solid foundation for the development of innovative leadership training. This has led to opportunities for potential further development of concepts and frameworks. This enables the scaling of new digital training methods and strengthens our position in the leadership training of the future.

Approach and implementation

The project consisted of three phases. The preparation included identifying key stakeholders, planning meetings and developing XR content for modules. The implementation consisted of a US stay focused on networking, company visits and building collaboration initiatives. The follow-up work included analyzing insights, developing proposals for collaborations and creating LoIs and a strategic plan for long-term partnerships. The project took more work time than expected but yielded good results.
