Preliminary program
This is a day for those who plan to apply for project funding within Horizon Europe and want more knowledge on how to proceed to be successful.
You will also be able to take part in panel discussions, meet Horizon Europe’s National Contact Points (NCPs), and exhibitors connected to Horizon Europe. The day concludes with a networking mingle together with other participants.

We explore how the remaining budget can be used to strengthen Swedish competitiveness and future impact. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using AI tools when preparing an application, and which rules must be followed? - 13:45–14:30 Responsible internationalisation
Gain insights into how responsible internationalisation can be applied. Overview of the latest guidelines from the European Commission and practical examples of how they can be implemented. - 14:45–15:15 Opportunities together with the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC)

Target audience
This event is primarily aimed at stakeholders planning to apply for project funding under Horizon Europe. Other interested, including support functions, are warmly welcome to follow the day via the webcast. Due to the limited number of seats, we recommend that each organisation, if possible, appoint one representative to attend in person.
