Horizon Europe gives you great opportunities to contribute to the future of Europe through research and innovation. The Horizon Europe framework program is now entering its final years, but the work is far from over. How do we continue to strengthen Sweden's competitiveness in the EU's research and innovation landscape?

Preliminary program

This is a day for those who plan to apply for project funding within Horizon Europe and want more knowledge on how to proceed to be successful.

You will also be able to take part in panel discussions, meet Horizon Europe’s National Contact Points (NCPs), and exhibitors connected to Horizon Europe. The day concludes with a networking mingle together with other participants.

    Horizon Europe is approaching its final phase, but the projects remain important for positioning Sweden for the next framework programme, FP10. We explore how the remaining budget can be used to strengthen Swedish competitiveness and future impact. Where are we headed, and which long‑term perspectives are important to keep in mind?

    Panel discussion with Swedish evaluators who assess Horizon Europe proposals for the European Commission. Get recommendations and ask questions to help you write more competitive proposals.

    What are the advantages and disadvantages of using AI tools when preparing an application, and which rules must be followed?
  • 13:45–14:30 Responsible internationalisation
    Gain insights into how responsible internationalisation can be applied. Overview of the latest guidelines from the European Commission and practical examples of how they can be implemented.
  • 14:45–15:15 Opportunities together with the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC)
    Focus on the JRC in Horizon Europe and access to infrastructures through the Open Access Programme.

This event is primarily aimed at stakeholders planning to apply for project funding under Horizon Europe. Other interested, including support functions, are warmly welcome to follow the day via the webcast.
