Important results from the project

The project mapped international talents and recruiting companies. "The International Talent Map" provides insights into the needs of talents and the challenges faced by companies. The project has also led to: Increased collaboration: Study visits and dialogues have strengthened ties between European actors. Knowledge exchange: Experiences from various countries offer inspiration and new perspectives. Knowledge dissemination: The report and presentations have reached a wide audience.

Expected long term effects

The project is expected to strengthen the ability of countries, regions, and companies to attract international talents, thereby contributing to the global need for talent. It has also fostered increased collaboration among European actors, creating opportunities for future partnerships that enhance Europe´s attractiveness and support policy development. Insights on how to conduct such mappings can generate long-term impacts for follow-ups.

Approach and implementation

Initially, Future Place Leadership was engaged as the project supplier, and relevant partners were contacted through the European Talent Mobility Forum. 9 countries were represented through partners. A survey was developed, reviewed, and distributed via partners and social media. The results were compiled and discussed in a workshop, where recommendations were formulated. The final report, "The International Talent Map," was presented through webinars, meetings, and various international events.
