Viktiga resultat som projektet gav
The project was successful in both its technical and non-technical objectives. In terms of technical work we were able to have good number of publication in international conferences as recognition of the good quality the work that has been done. Besides the technical aspects the project was an enabler for a long lasting collaboration between the two research groups, i.e., at KTH and at Nagoya University. We found our joint work very useful and we are now in the process to find new funds and continue the collaboration.
Långsiktiga effekter som förväntas
The project resulted in the following conference publications: [1] A. Jirattigalachote, et.al., ´Impairment-Aware Routing and Waveband Assignment for Efficient Optical Transport Networks,´ in Proc. OFC , 2012. [2] H. Hasegawa et.al, ´Design strategies for Survivable Grouped Routing Entity (GRE)-based Optical Networks,´ in Proc. DRCN, 2013. [3] A. Jirattigalachote, ´Design of Grouped Routing Entity (GRE)-based Optical Networks with 100% Signal Quality Guarantee,´ in Proc. ONDM, 2014.
