Purpose and goal
Vinnovator Academy is a training program for 30 employed youth within established companies. They have the opportunity to apply their innovation ability in order to develop experiences that are beneficial for their future as innovative players. Host companies transform innovative ideas into reality i.e. new services and products, which increases their viability and attractiveness to young workers. Youth are provided training, coaching, idea labs and field trips. Host company representatives receive innovation mgmt training. Course period Jan. - Jun 2012.
