Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The purpose of our project was to develop material for executive teaching, with a foundation in research. On the research side, our results are published in top journals, such as Organisation Studies and Academy of Management Journal. These results have then be further developed and disseminated through regular teaching at executive programs in Sweden, Germany and France; through open lectures; through development of video-based teaching material; through practictionar oriented publications and through media.

Expected results and effects

Our primary result is the development and dissemination of research based knowledge. By doing that, we aim to have created a foundation for a deeper understanding about the dilemmas and decisions pertaining to innovation management.

Planned approach and implementation

The primary purpose of this project was to develop and disseminate research based knowledge. We have applied a modular way of thinking about the material we developed, so that our results can be packaged as part of a larger leadership program, as an independent course or as an individual lecture or excursive. A lot of the knowledge dissemination has been carried out in close collaboration with external private and public actors.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
