Important results from the project
The project has achieved its goals and delivered the expected results. Most initiatives remain at early development stages with focus on verification and initial market analysis, but several have advanced significantly in maturity during the period. We have also strengthened our internal operations through a new contact service and digitalized processes, while further developing networks with end-users and industry to create stronger conditions for future innovations.
Expected long term effects
Projects that have taken significant steps forward, together with the development of our operations, give us greater opportunities for the future. The results create momentum for more ideas to reach patients and society. Strengthening collaboration with healthcare and industry and building entrepreneur networks that can generate more CEO candidates are key, while digitalized processes make our support more efficient and enable sustainable innovations.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out using an established model where ideas from researchers are evaluated, prioritized, and given targeted verification activities. The setup combines coaching and advice from our internal team with expert support in legal, patent, market, and regulatory matters. Digitalized processes and a new contact service have made the approach more accessible, efficient, and easier to follow up.
