Important results from the project
COPD is a lung disease causing severe pain and it is very costly for the society. Significant improvements for the lung clinic and for the patients could be attained if, in the treatment of the patients at home, a telemedicine solution could be introduced with measurement of data and control of oxygen equipment. New research is included in the project and results and experiences from other projects taken into account. Medical Doctors, from the lung clinics, are part of the project and participate as problem owners. Patient organizations are part of the project as requirement owners.
