Purpose and goal
The project has fulfilled its goals by giving the company the information and analysis needed for further development of their product and business model.
Results and expected effects
The project has brought new information about market needs and technical regulation. Based on this new knowledge the company will be able to make changes in the product concept and further enhance the product to even better correspond to the market needs. The company will now be able to start production and marketing of the product in Sweden and in a later stage to increase the product range and approach other markets.
Approach and implementation
The project has included gathering of information and analysis of market needs and business models as well as technical conditions and regulations. In one work packages users from potential key customers in Sweden used and gave their views of the product. For future introduction on other more unfamiliar markets this type of information about user behavior and user needs will be crucial.
