Purpose and goal

The goal is to increase the county´s attractiveness and get more growing companies through internationalization and to work with regional sustainable and smart communities for international skills supply. We have learned more about the different needs and existing ways of working within different markets, support organizations and countries. We created contacts, strengthened our regional network with a global perspective and learned lessons from the way others work.

Expected results and effects

Companies are growing, new establishments are taking place in entire regions and the demand for new labor is high in both the private and public sectors. The ability to find the right skills for the needs that exist is a basic prerequisite for our companies to continue to develop, become more attractive and create sustainable growth.
