Purpose and goal
The Dreamcatcher will help young people with rheumatic diseases to, together with health care professionals, focus on their dreams and goals in life, and plan their health care according to it. The Dreamcatcher is an innovative digital tool, with its starting point being the focus on the well-being and the possible, instead of illness and limitations. The goal is to develop an available app for young people with rheumatic diseases to facilitate participation, more efficient health care meetings, a constructive patient dialogue and collection of data.
Expected results and effects
Using behavioral science, nudging and social functions, The Dreamcatcher has the potential to lower the barriers to an active lifestyle for the patient, while also serving as a tool for dialogue with health care professionals, resulting in more efficient meetings, better resource planning, and the gathering of valuable data to national quality registers.
