Purpose and goal
Swiftstrike AI has developed a portable, autonomous and modular counter-drone system (C-UAS) that detects, tracks and neutralises small and medium-sized drones at a very low cost per engagement.
The project supports Swiftstrike´s participation in FMV´s test and evaluation infrastructure Battle Week. Battle Week provides operationally relevant, independent validation of Swiftstrike´s counter-drone system´s ability to detect, track and neutralise drones.
Expected effects and result
Expected results and impact goals with the project and participation at Battle Week are to obtain independent, operationally relevant validation of Swiftstrike´s counter-drone system against sharp drones and to obtain data for continued system development.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is being implemented in four phases.
Phase 1 (v.33): reconnaissance and planning with FMV and preparations.
Phase 2 (v.38, with readiness v.39): test and evaluation of the system against representative drones at FMV´s test area.
Phase 3 (v.40): demonstration for end users and decision-makers from Sweden and allies.
Phase 4 (from v.39): analysis, documentation and feedback as a basis for continued development.
