Important results from the project
The purpose and objective for the projekt was to enable Innovair to give support to involved ministries and agencies and ensure that the Swedish activities could be planned, led and performed according to plan. Innovair gave much support to the Ministry (MEI) and HLG members and produced drafts for document reviews, meeting agendas and speaking notes. A Swedish hub for a joint digital workshop was arranged. Companies were approached to join the WS and a matchmaking event between SME:s in the two countries was supported. Innovair also supported the preparations for a joint Space seminar.
Expected long term effects
The efforts from Innovair were essential to make the various activities stick together and gather relevant actors. Support was given to MEI, with document reviews, agendas, speaking notes etc. The workshop was filmed. Online about 115 participants the film has been shown almost 1500 times via Youtube. The Space Seminar film has been shown more than 800 times. A matchmaking event between SE and BR SMEs was performed, prepared by Innovair, ACS and Apex (BR). 7 SE-companies registered, 5 performed digital meetings with 11 BR companies. Some reported intentions for further collaboration.
Approach and implementation
Since Innovair could offer continuous support in the Innovation Week preparations, all planned activities could be performed. At MEI the ordinary POC were on sick leave and focus was put on support to the promptly arranged substitute. A good cooperation was established with the actors in BR (e.g. MCTI) and SE. Based on our long background with BR, Innovair could produce drafts for bilateral documents and many requested speaking notes. The preparations for Workshop and Matchmaking were performed as digital meetings but also reservations at IVA for a coordinated Swedish participation.
