Purpose and goal

The travel and entertainment industry had in 2008 sales of 485 billion and is an industry that has been a leader in the shift from analog to digital decision-making and purchase process. To plan and carry out trips are also an important part of many consumers´ everyday lives. Innovation and design agency Pond intends, together with pilot customers Swedish Touring Club (STF) and partners in behavioral sciences and technological development, develop a prototype designed to test the customer´s selection and decision making can be supported by appropriate interface design.
