Purpose and goal
By strengthening entrepreneurship and stimulating innovation in micro and small companies with the support of a navigator, a mixture of entrepreneurship and external management, will we encourage more grain of gold and sustainable growth. Create a change in norms and lower the thresholds for innovative entrepreneurs to strengthen change leadership. It should be easy to get the right external management into their management processes and just as natural for the smaller company, as for the large company to have expert skills and have a strategic approach to its renewal process.
Expected effects and result
Documentation about entrepreneurship, which strengthens its change leadership and is able to scale up and grow over 10 employees, in an innovative way. A solution to norm change/financing to get companies to scale up through innovative growth. 80% of the companies must have achieved financial sustainability. 10% must have "popped up" and started the renewal/innovation during the project. 80% must have renewed their strategic management processes and created possibilities to scale up innovative ideas close to the project time or a year later. Make their power of innovation visible.
Planned approach and implementation
Document the companies´ starting position and progress. 3 individual meetings with the coordinator, to document and compile during the navigator period. A meeting with all companies one year after the end of the navigator. Recruitment of 25 innovative growth companies, 5 per science park. Goals and process mapping - determine the need for external growth competencies. Matching innovative entrepreneurs with growth leaders, four with different perspectives, 2 women and 2men. 7 navigator meetings. Train the trainer for coordinators. Collect success stories and make them visible.
