Important results from the project

The project aimed to develop a sustainable platform for the school to use to proactively combat mental illness. We wanted to explore this idea as a solution to the constant and increasing mental illness among the country´s students. The goal was to further develop the technical platform and market verify it during the project.

Expected long term effects

The results of the project are highly current and relevant. Therefore, we want to continue to develop the idea to become more relevant for student health staff and students. Further development of the technical platform was developed according to plan. We expected a high level of use among students at the school and that the use would generate statistics. Market verification showed that the app was used and we could make out results, insights and conclusions. We also wanted the technical platform to be useful for student health staff. We have gained many insights for further development.

Approach and implementation

Further development of digital platform: The platform was developed as a tool to facilitate and simplify understanding of students´ mental health. Market verification: The platform was tested to evaluate the value of school staff, understand the needs of to the industry. To summarize, we conclude that market verification has to be conducted with ackkowledgement to the school sector. The long processes in the school mean that more time is needed to deliver results on a larger scale, and we need more resources and support to act on the insights for the development of the platform.
