Purpose and goal
Guestro – making it easy for restaurants to understand their data and grow profitably We’re advancing our established platform with an AI-powered decision engine for the restaurant industry. By analyzing guest data and behavioral patterns, we identify exactly what drives sales, profitability, and reduced food waste. This project marks the next step toward a data-driven industry, building the infrastructure for a more sustainable and profitable future of gastronomy.
Expected effects and result
The project will deliver a validated AI engine providing restaurants with actionable insights to improve profitability and reduce food waste. Results will demonstrate how data can replace guesswork in daily operations and establish a new model for sustainable growth. In the long term, the innovation can reshape the entire ecosystem, from suppliers to the guest experience.
Planned approach and implementation
