Important results from the project
The objectives were achieved through 25 advisory company visits, 13 starter programmes, two introductory activities, and a number of inspirational activities with direct company impact. Over 500 participants registered for meetings and seminars organised within the project. Company capabilities in production development, change management, and sustainability work were strengthened. The project also resulted in stronger collaboration between actors, and enhanced knowledge of industry needs.
Expected long term effects
In the long term, the project is expected to contribute to increased competitiveness, transformation capacity, and sustainability within the electronics industry. Participating companies will be better equipped to meet requirements related to production, resilience, and climate impact. The results will also provide a foundation for further scaling within national and regional programmes and projects. The established collaboration to support the industry will also continue.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out within the framework of Produktionslyftet and in close collaboration with Smartare Elektroniksystem and Svensk Elektronik. It was organized into work packages for inspiration, company-based support, starter programmes and learning. Through seminars, workshops, company visits and coaching, motivation, practical work and joint needs mapping were combined. The approach was based on proven methods with flexibility for the specific needs of electronics companies.
