Purpose and goal

The purpose of Skåne Food Innovation System is to strengthen the innovative landscape. The Project developed new metdods and processes that increases the ability och large and small companies to co-operate in innovation processes. The purpose was also to develop methods for increased transparency in the value added chain, metods that can enhance consumer driven innovation and upstreams innovation.

Results and expected effects

The project has developed and tested methods for increased innovation Community excellence. A work process for initiation and running of internet communities on the Internel and IRL has been developed. Innovation Trainees and the open Innovation Training Programme have been created. New ways to cater for the needs among elderly so that their meal experience and quality of Life increases have been developed. Innovations have been sucessfully introduced on the market.

Approach and implementation

The basic approach in Skåne Food Innovation Network is open innovation in innovation communities. We discover challenges and opportunities through business intelligence and foresights. We test possible ideas together with members and partners in pilot Projects. We spread succesful results and create business opportunities for other actors.
