Purpose and goal
The project aimed to make changes on Shortcut Labs´ consumer offering Flic to meet requirements from a number of specific large B2B customers.
Expected results and effects
Expected effects was to receive large orders from a number of named clients. These have not been received, however other deals have gone through and are under negotiation, as direct effects of the work on this project. Shortcut Labs developed an attractive business model for B2B sales and proved the value of the business segment. Other effects of the project is that Shortcut Labs have been able to develop a new and more cost-effective consumer offering.
Planned approach and implementation
Shortcut Labs has iterated its business model with potential customers through travel, negotiations, product development, business development and training. A deep understanding of the B2B customers´ requirements and conditions have been processed and reflected in the Shortcut Labs activities. The company´s offer, organization, production and processes have been improved to be able to meet similar customers.
