Important results from the project

Two Innovationsjakter was carried out during the project, one in Tierps Municipality and one at Tiohundra AB. In addition to this, an Innovationsnod has been initiated at the emergency department at Norrtälje Hospital. The working method Idékraft has been implemented and ideas from patients and relatives have been received and processed. The structure for corporate collaborations, Expertkraft, has been delayed for various reasons. A dialogue for learning and exchange of experience regarding company inquiries has begun and is planned to continue after completion of the project.

Expected long term effects

Region Uppsalas´s developed concepts Innovationsjakten and Innovationsnoder in primary care have been tested, further developed and disseminated, which has led to mutual learning, reflection and enabled future use of the concepts. The concepts proved clear and easy to apply at the same time as there was room for adaptations to the needs and conditions of each participating unit. The project has shown that the two processes are well suited for dissemination when new working methods are in demand.

Approach and implementation

Activities according to the project plan was preceded by stakeholder analyzes in the form of questionnaires, interviews and experiences from earlier work. Pandemic meant that all work meetings, preparations and activities were carried out digitally. Innovationsjakten had a developed concept for digital implementation while this was untested for Innovationsnoder. In-depth concepts and manuals have been developed and refined during the implementation of the project. Completed activities included participation of clinical staff, support functions, patients and relatives.
