Purpose and goal

Relovie simplifies second-hand shopping through an AI-driven aggregator platform that collects, categorises and structures a unique, fragmented supply from various marketplaces and companies within recommerce into one user-friendly, searchable website. The project aims to launch the platform in three international markets and develop features that improve the search and decision process for the user. The goal is to simplify the buying experience and accelerate the shift to circular consumption.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to lead to the platform’s launch in three international markets and languages within the electronics category. The result will be a scalable and adaptable technical solution that can later be expanded to more markets and product categories. We will also improve the search experience, resulting in a simpler and smoother buying journey for users. This will increase circular consumption, reduce climate impact from new production and strengthen Relovie’s business model.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is structured into four work packages: 1) International expansion – launch in three markets 2) Extended functionality – improved search and buying experience 3) SEO structure – automated, AI-driven SEO to build traffic 4) Technical foundation – backend, infrastructure and hosting improvements Each package has clear activities and is followed up through weekly meetings. The project team consists of specialists in each area supported by clear and structured project management.
