Purpose and goal

The aim of the project is to create systematic learning by collecting and analyzing experiences from previous InfraSweden projects to identify regulatory and business barriers that hinder innovation in transport infrastructure. The goal is to develop recommendations for pilot projects and collaboration platforms, strengthen the dialogue between industry and decision-makers, and contribute to increased implementation of sustainable and innovative solutions.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to lead to increased implementation of innovative solutions in transport infrastructure by removing regulatory and business barriers. The results include a systematic analysis, concrete policy recommendations and proposals for pilot projects. The effects will be an improved innovation climate, strengthened collaboration between actors and a more efficient and sustainable ecosystem for future development.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is implemented in five work packages: mapping legal and business barriers through analysis and interviews, targeted dialogue meetings leading to policy recommendations, workshops to develop existing collaboration platforms, ongoing communication and dissemination of results and continuous project management.
