Purpose and goal
Secure a first pilot customer and validate our business model via an MVP, to enable a first seed investment and international expansion.
Expected effects and result
The project´s result is a market-ready MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of our AI platform, technically and commercially validated through an industrial pilot project. The effect is a proven business model that enables a seed investment for international expansion. For the customer, the solution lowers development costs, shortens time-to-market, and contributes to safer autonomous systems.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is executed in four work packages (WP). WP1: Market Verification & Business Model, where requirements and pricing are validated with customers. WP2: MVP Development & Customization, where our prototype is developed into a robust MVP. WP3: Industrial Pilot Project, where the MVP is tested on a strategic pilot customer´s own data. WP4: IP Strategy & Investment Preparations to secure a seed round.
