Important results from the project

The purpose of the project was to develop a HSE management system prototype and validate that it is possible to reach smaller companies through resellers of protective equipment. We achieved the goals of evaluating the prototype together with partners and end users. At the same time, we learned which roads are the fastest to reach the market. The goal we not fully have validated is that sales of protective products are increasing when using the system. But the project has shown that many partners value the sustainability aspects very high.

Expected long term effects

The project was very successful. The project has been carried out largely according to plan and in many parts has gone further than the original plan. We also have gained new knowledge about the market and strategies for quickly reaching the market. During the project, we have also created collaborations with more partners than we had anticipated. There has especially been a strong interest from work environment consultants. It clearly shows that there is a need for the solution.

Approach and implementation

The project was well laid out where we started the project by developing a prototype for a digital management system. We have then created materials for the system in the form of templates, checklists and examples. We have also evaluated the solution together with partners and their customers. We have completed the project in less time than planned thanks to strong interest from partners and we have received help from more experts than the original plan. We brought in additional experts to be able to develop a more comprehensive solution and we were able to do it in an efficient way.
