Purpose and goal
We have identified the national regulatory framework around products (Aim A) of the type that TVS represent, an initial review has been made and a plan for each country has been set up so that at any time an analysis can be made. We have identified national distributors and sales channels (Aim B) in the focus area of Invent Medic. With the help of a market material, we have introduced TVS to a number of selected companies in Europe (Aim C).
Expected results and effects
Invent Medic has been given the tools to be able to explore the European market in a structured way and will be able to run the market introduction in parallel with the main track that the company has today, that is an introduction in Sweden. Invent Medics core team has gained increased knowledge and a plan for market introduction in a number of European countries. We expect to be able in controlled and effective way to reach out with our product outside Sweden.
Planned approach and implementation
Invent Medic consulted a person with extensive experience of products on the European market in the personal care segment, which the TVS is considered to belong to. A market analysis and a prioritization were carried out and transferred to Invent in the form of lists and contact details. An introductory material and a more detailed presentation material, to be used in contacts with potential beneficiaries, have been developed. Initial contacts have been initiated with the help of the network the consultant has at her disposal.
