| Call | Impact Innovation: Preparatory project for a reformed public sector |
Purpose and goal
The aim of this project is to establish an implementation project where the goal is to develop new forms of collaboration for digitally sovereign and sustainable procurement of products and services that enable sustainable digitalisation within the public sector.
Expected effects and result
The project lays the foundation for an implementation project that develops new forms of collaboration for the acquisition, development and use of products and services that provide the conditions for sustainable digitalisation that enable data portability and avoid unwanted lock-in. A consortium is established by organisations and experts who are motivated to address fundamental problems in today´s practice for the acquisition of products and services that hinder sustainable digitalisation.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has three work packages. Within AP1, the project partners carry out an inventory and analysis of previous forms of collaboration and recommendations related to digitalisation in the public sector. Workshops are carried out in AP2, during which results from AP1 are discussed. AP2 addresses specific previously implemented (and ongoing) projects. Establishment of a consortium for an implementation project takes place in AP3 where ideas for common interests are identified and developed.
