Important results from the project
Preactly develops a digital health management tool for working life. The tool is built in a five-step model for testing, analyzing, planning, acting and then follow up. The purpose of the project was to develop and validate step two and three. The goal was to have a first market-tested version, and to verify the market. Covid-19 has limited the market verification somewhat, but otherwise the project has reached its goals.
Expected long term effects
The tests were conducted primarily at the individual level and have showed positive user experiences. One effect of this has been that a new field of application has emerged where the tool can create value even for employees in organizations that do not buy the tool.
Approach and implementation
The project plan has been that all the different development steps are continuously tested with support of user involvement. It has provided valuable feedback to the development and we have been able to ensure that the user appreciates the service, experiences it intuitively and sees the value of it.
