Purpose and goal

The purpose and goal of the project was to establish a new vertical for our product Manakin within higher education to support quality and accreditation processes. We have received a significant proof of the market need and the ability for our product to fulfil the need in competition with other solutions. The purpose and goal is fulfilled.

Results and expected effects

We have strengthen our market position as cloud solution provider for quality- and accreditation processes within higher education. We have identified a larger, more general need to measure collaboration that we can meet. We have positioned our product in line with growing standards such as SWAMID and ORCID enabling international expansion. We expect continued significant growth in this very promising vertical.

Approach and implementation

The project would have benefited from earlier focus on the customer acquisition process. The project would have benefited from earlier integration with ORCID and SWAMID, this would have increased market penetration. But except for that, the project was according to plan.
