The goals were RISE leading a WP and several tasks in other WPs. The goals have been met fully. RISE is leading WP1 in the follow-up project, RISE is leading several important tasks related to pilot economic modelling; DSO perspective, Energy community (EC) perspective. The project has resulted in a submitted application to HE‑CL5‑2026‑02‑D3‑20: Innovative tools and services to manage and empower energy communities.
Expected long term effects
If the follow-up project will be approved by EU, we will work the upcoming 4 years in the BECOMmunity project. The project consortium brings together 22 partners from 6 EU countries: DSOs, ECs, researchers, developers, regulators highly specialized in modelling, interoperability and cyber security, regulatory assessment, dissemination/exploitation activities. Thus, we will be collaborating and enhancing our international network, thus increasing chances for creating new projects in the future.
Approach and implementation
The project was implemented in 3 WPs. WP1: Support in writing the Excellence section in the main project, WP2: Support in writing the Impact section in the main project and WP3: Support in writing the Implementation section in the main project.
