Important results from the project
The objective of the project was to represent Swedish process industry at the Hannover fair through the strategic innovation program PiiA, Processindustry IT &Automation. PiiA was represented at the Hannover fair through the program office, working both with preparations before the fair, and at the fair.
Expected long term effects
The aim of the project was to promote strenghts of the Swedish innovation system with a focus on cooperation in different formats under the topic ”Collaboration for Innovation”. For PiiA the activity was important to increase internalization of the program. By being present at the Hannover fair we had the opportunity to showcase good examples from the project portfolio and make new contacts that hopefully will lead to more European and international collaboration projects.
Approach and implementation
The project had three main activites: 1, Planning of the ”InnovationLab” area and activities in the Swedish pavilion together with partners and stakeholders. 2, Presence in Hannover and activities during the fair. 3, Evaluation and follow-up of contacts and activities.
