Purpose and goal
The planning project aims to develop a competitive EIC Accelerator application for scaling and commercialization of Nida Techs hybrid IoT solution for continuous asset traceability in heavy industry. The work includes development of technical roadmap, work package, budget, business model and market strategy. The goal is to develop a high-quality, competitive EIC Accelerator application that enables scaling up and commercialization of a hybrid tracking system.
Expected effects and result
A first expected outcome is a compelling and well-prepared Stage 1 proposal that demonstrates strong innovation potential and market relevance, with a good chance of qualifying for Stage 2 of the EIC Accelerator process. Subsequently, the expected outcome is a robust, realistic and scalable implementation plan that demonstrates strong technical feasibility and readiness for EIC funding, with the desired effect that we obtain funding via EIC Accelerator.
Planned approach and implementation
Work is carried out in three work packages. WP1 defines the project concept and prepares a high-quality EIC Step 1 proposal. Activities include refining the problem-solution fit, positioning the innovation against the state-of-the-art, and clearly defining the value proposition. WP2 develops a detailed implementation plan for the EIC Step 2 proposal by defining the system architecture and development roadmap from TRL 6 to TRL 8-9. WP3 develops the business case and commercialisation strategy.
