Purpose and goal
The goal has been to study,in a historical perspective,changes in roles and outcomes from public engagement in the type of seed financing that was offered by STU from 1968 to 1991 and in NUTEK 1991 to 2003.Analytical dimensions:Learning processes,financial instruments,professional skills , procedures and time perspectives on result generation
Expected results and effects
Results are insights in the various roles public,and public related,actors have played,and might play, in seed financing.Analysis of a vast number of cases has revealed structural characteristics,ie that most project fail and that the market outcome heavily depens on a smal ration of very successfull projects /firms

Key resources have been persons with historical insights,entrepreneurs , public and private archives ,annual reports and media reporting accessible over the net.
