Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project is to strengthen PERIsign’s position ahead of an international EIC Accelerator application and the continued development of the company’s medtech solution for objective assessment of acute abdominal pain. The goal is to develop an internationally competitive proposal with a clear regulatory strategy, commercial potential and plan for clinical and international scale-up.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in a complete and quality-assured EIC Accelerator proposal, as well as a strengthened regulatory, commercial and strategic foundation for PERIsign’s continued development. In the longer term, the project may contribute to more efficient patient flows, improved clinical decision support and reduced dependence on resource-intensive diagnostics in emergency care.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will be carried out through activities in market analysis, commercialisation strategy, regulatory planning and development of the EIC Accelerator proposal. The work will be performed by PERIsign’s internal team in collaboration with external advisors and specialists in regulatory affairs, financing and international innovation projects. The project also includes quality assurance and strategic coordination across all activities.
