Important results from the project
The purpose was to further develop the prototype to a product ready for release, without the production of the hardware. We needed to reach the milestones and goals, which where development of both the technology and business modell, to fulfill the purpose. The project was completed with very good result. All the information, development and feedback during the project resulted in a pre production product ready for release during March 2016. Including a robust business model and released hardware and apps.
Expected long term effects
The result from the project is a product ready for release during March 2016. The effect from the results gives Parakey AB the ability to start the sales of the product and grow as a company. Parakey AB is now in an early growth phase which was a goal that was desired from this project.
Approach and implementation
We installed our prototype hardware at a number of pilot customers in the beginning of the project. The pilots gave us much data and information about the performance of the product. We where able to pinpoint the functionality and performance increase needed from the data derived from the usage and feedback in order to offer a compelling product. This positive result wouldn´t be possible to achieve without the testing and usage from the pilot customers.
