Purpose and goal

The project has incorporated the creation of a central location for relevant real-time data and the open API that will access it. This data will give the citizen access to data relevant to their planning of appointments, travels and visits. This is mainly directed to Swedish municipalities but will also be available for the private sector. The system is ready for implementation, for more information please contact Jan-Erik Håkansson 0736-5059550, jan-erik.hakansson@nemoq.se.

Results and expected effects

This gives the opportunity for people to be prepared and plan their visits to municipalities and will in turn reduce the workload, stress and negative attitudes. The system solution is complete and discussions with a number of municipalities regarding a connection are in progress.

Approach and implementation

- Created a central platform for real-time data. - A communications service for data transfer through closed networks and the central platform. - Integrated the queuing system ( Nemo-Q ) with the communications service. - Testing together with external IT-companies. - Marketing towards five municipalities and more.
