Purpose and goal

This Myvox IPR project did facilitate and promote the use of Intellectual Property (IP),providing Myvox access to: Relevant information about Myvox existing technological and knowledge assets along with a tailor-made IP business strategy so a secure and efficient exploitation of those assets and how to implement, ensuring at the same time an increase in the company’s overall performance.

Expected results and effects

The purpose of the project was to identify, through a structured survey, the intangible assets that are present at MyVox and analyzing them based on the company´s business strategy and the competitors´ positions. After this analysis were made, a strategy was developed about handling current and future IP assets in the company in a new updated IP strategy.

Planned approach and implementation

MyVox hired an external patent expert (BRANN AB) with in deepth competence for the assignment, which consisted of three main deliveries and documentation of these: - Identifying and analyzing the company´s existing and possible IP - External analysis of the competitors - Overall plan for MyVox IP strategy in the short and long term The project started with a kick-off planning meeting where project design and budget for the three parts was determined. Each part were documented in a written part-report that leads to the final established IPR strategy version 2.0.
