Status Ongoing
Venture Civil-military synergies
Call Acceleration of civil-military innovations by 2025

Purpose and goal

The project aims to develop military use cases and operational concepts for VCraft 125, a civilian UAS with a payload capacity of up to 100 kg. It will also develop a business strategy for the defense market, in line with Vinnova´s eligibility requirements for accelerator programs. By analyzing the capabilities of the flight system and conducting verification studies, the project will demonstrate how the UAS can contribute to solving defense-related challenges within dual-use strategies.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to deliver at least ten military use cases for VCraft 125, identified and documented technical adaptations, and a defense market strategy. The results will form the basis for continued development of the platform as a dual-use solution. The project strengthens the company’s competitiveness and defense innovation capacity, and prepares for participation in Vinnova’s accelerator program.

Planned approach and implementation

The project involves analysis of military use cases, verification of technical adaptations, and development of a defense market strategy. Work is carried out iteratively with expert support and close dialogue with defense stakeholders to ensure operational relevance, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment. The results will form the basis for continued development of VCraft 125 as a dual-use platform.
