MeWe&You – Digital platform for workplace menopause support aligned with ISO 45010

Important results from the project

The project largely achieved its goals. We conducted employer needs analysis, examined how parts of ISO 45010 can be translated into digital employer support, and identified requirements for data protection, storage, anonymisation and secure reporting. We have strengthened our data security work accordingly. The project has resulted in a first conceptual MVP version of a B2B solution for preventive and continuous workplace health management linked to menopause, work ability and business value.

Expected long term effects

In the longer term, the project is expected to contribute to more preventive and inclusive workplace health management related to menopause, health and work ability. The results can give employers better digital support to understand needs and patterns at an organisational level, without compromising individual privacy. The project strengthens MeWe&You’s ability to further develop a scalable B2B solution for continuous employer support and contribute to a more equal and sustainable working life.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out through research, ISO analysis, needs analysis, dialogue and a first conceptual MVP of the B2B solution. The approach provided insights into employer needs, how parts of ISO 45010 can translate into digital employer support, and requirements for data protection, storage and anonymised reporting. The work included a basis for policy and training support. Secure data handling and infrastructure required more work than expected.
