Call Planning grant for international proposal 2025

Purpose and goal

The planning project will define and validate industrial use cases, map the market and competitors, and ensure that the main project is fully aligned with Horizon Europe´s objective, laying the foundation for measurable environmental, digital and business impact. Key activities include collecting pilot data, developing circular value chains and business models, and defining measurable key performance indicators related to environmental performance, logistics and digital traceability.

Expected effects and result

An important results of the planning project is a well-written and strategically aligned proposal, developed in close collaboration with experienced partners and external experts. By involving business and academia, MAPPS lays the foundation for an effective EU-project that supports both digitalisation and sustainable industrial transformation.

Planned approach and implementation

•Identify and validate use cases for industrial upcycling of residual materials. •Build and consolidate a complete and balanced consortium of technology providers, municipalities, academia and industry. •Create a structured project plan with defined roles, timelines and milestones. •Develop preliminary data, KPIs and sustainability baselines required for a high-quality EU-proposal. •Ensure that the proposal is based on real market and system needs
