KASAM module and change model providing accessible public information for the foreign-born

Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project is to implement a system change that breaks the complex information exclusion – linguistic, knowledge-based, functional and digital – for many foreign-born people over 45 years of age. The project´s objective is to have delivered and evaluated a concrete overall solution for the life event "establishing myself in my new home municipality" as well as a proven and scalable co-creation and change model that can be reused for system changes.

Expected effects and result

Expected results are an anchored holistic solution and a scalable co-creation and change model. Expected effects: ● For the individual: A strengthened digital empowerment and ability to independently manage their contacts with authorities. ● For the public sector: A significant efficiency increase through reduced administrative burden for staff. ● For society: A more equal access to digital services, which strengthens social inclusion and trust.

Planned approach and implementation

AP 1. Analysis and establishment - Developed needs analysis, establishment of project group, create a requirements specification. AP 2. Develop and test the overall solution - Iterative development of tech. module and working method. AP 3. Finalise the model - Systematic formalization of lessons learned from AP 1 and 2 into the scalable model. AP 4. Project management/coordination, exchange, launch, and dissemination - Overall project management, SustainGov conferences, and dissemination.
